I forgot to mention if you have ANY questions not answered in this video, please please please ask! The supposed stigma of trichotillomania--or really any "embarrassing" disorder--won't die until we can talk about this stuff honestly and openly. I also recently joined "TrichWorld", which is a social networking site created by Cheryn Salazar (who is also the brain behind trich.org). I am trying to be super careful to not turn trichotillomania into a label (as I am prone to do) so I don't plan on spending hours on there, but occasionally it's nice to talk with people who understand the whole thing. So if you're trichy (ahahaha), that's a really great support group. There's even a group for people who specifically pull eyebrows and eyelashes.
